Daily expectations: equipment prep, turf/access protection, tidy close-outs, and photo logs.
Roles by experience: Entry — Residential Crew Member. Experienced — Landscape/Hardscape Technician, Enhancement Crew, Irrigation Tech. Lead/Specialist — Skid-Steer Operator, Crew Lead/Foreman.
Winter work: Snow & ice operations (plow truck/loader, salting, pre-treat routes, post-storm checks).
Own the front end from qualification to line-item proposals. You’ll conduct site walks and takeoffs, document grades/drainage and access, develop the best option with timelines, manage pipeline/follow-ups in CRM, and hand off cleanly to Operations—often joining kickoff and final walk-throughs.
Roles by experience: Entry — Sales Assistant / Lead Qualifier. Experienced — Residential Sales Consultant, Estimator. Senior/Commercial — Account Manager, Senior Estimator.
Keep projects moving with precise scheduling, dispatch, purchasing coordination, customer communications, and AR/AP support. You’ll maintain COI/W-9 and permit files, track photo deliverables, and keep job folders organized so crews can execute.
Roles by experience: Entry — Operations Coordinator/Dispatcher, Administrative Assistant. Experienced — Bookkeeper (AR/AP), Scheduler/Procurement. Senior — Operations Manager.
Winter work: Weather monitoring and storm alerts, route dispatch, vendor/material coordination (salt/sodium chloride), real-time customer updates, and post-event reporting/reconciliation.
